Our Middleham estate railings are made up of 5 rails, 1 top rail which is a 20mm round solid bar with the 4 lower rails being 25mm x 8 mm flat bars. Between the lowest rail and ground level is a 6mm hole which gives the option for an additional strand of high tensile wire to reduce the gap making it suitable for smaller animals.
The intermediate posts are spaced every 1 metre and are 40mm x 10mm. They are 1700mm in length with 5 pre-punched holes for the rails.
The joining posts are used every 5 metres and have a thrust plate that sits underground to provide extra stability. The joining posts are 50mm x 10mm and 1700mm in length with a finished height of 1200mm.
All railings and posts are galvanised as standard and supplied with stainless steel flange nuts and countersunk bolts. This can be the finished state or alternatively it can be painted any RAL number on site once installed.
